Aphrodite & Sorceress Rose and Violet Truffles

Like all our truffles, these are made with fine Belgian chocolate and fresh British cream. We love rose flavoured chocolate and Aphrodite is one of our favourites. The smooth milk chocolate ganache is flavoured with rose and is combined with crystalised rose pieces which give it an interesting texture and crunch. The truffle is hand shaped and finished with pink truffle powder. Sorceress is made from dark chocolate ganache flavoured with violet, with the sweet crunch of crystalised violet pieces. The truffle is hand shaped and finished with purple truffle powder.
