Milk Chocolate Truffle Collection
A selection of our milk chocolate truffles for those who prefer a sweeter, creamier chocolate. All are made with fine Belgian milk chocolate that is a minimum of 33.5% cocoa mass and fresh cream. There is no alcohol in this selection. Each box of truffles contains three of each of the following flavours.
Arabian Night - an exotic blend of dried figs, orange oil, rose water and a pinch of cinnamon.
Pixie - a smooth pistachio flavoured truffle, rolled in finely chopped pistachio nuts.
Aphrodite - one of our favourites, this truffle is delicately flavoured with rose and given texture with crystalised rose pieces. Rolled in pink truffle powder.
Hobgoblin - a classic Sussex combination of banana and caramel, rolled in white chocolate vermicelli.
