Honeycomb Dipped in Belgian Chocolate
Cinder toffee, Hokey Pokey, puff candy, sea foam, call it what you will - honeycomb, by any other name, tastes just as sweet! Recipes vary around the world and many don’t actually contain any honey. Here in the UK we love our Crunchie Bars, first made by Fry’s in 1929. We don’t aim to compete with Crunchie but, we think our honeycomb is pretty good.
Our honeycomb is handmade in small batches using good quality honey - no artificial preservatives and no high fructose corn syrup. Honeycomb has quite a short shelf life as it begins to soften and go chewy after a whilte. We break it into shards and smother it in Belgian chocolate which, not only makes it even more delicious, it also helps keep the honeycomb airtight, preserving it’s crunch and giving it a much longer shelf life.
You can order our honeycomb dipped in dark, milk or white chocolate or have a mixed bag. Bags contain 250 grams.
Allergy Advice: contains honey. All chocolate used contains soy lecithin. Milk and white chocolate contain whole milk powder.
