Vegan Coconut Cream Liqueur Truffles
Our Baileys cream liqueur truffles have always been popular but, why should vegans miss out? These little balls of coconutty heaven are made from plant based Belgian milk chocolate, finely desiccated coconut and a drop or two of a rather nice vegan cream liqueur the Witch has found. (Actually, she bought a bottle last year but it mysteriously disappeared before making it into a truffle…..)
